Cork Sheets and Rolls
Cork Sheet can be used in a wide industry of uses. The major uses as liners for bottle caps, clutch facings, carpet underlay for flooring surfaces. Cork sheet is also widely used for Thermal and Acoustic insulation. Notice boards and shoe soles are also among the various other usages of Cork Sheets.
Cork in sheet forms having standard size of 2 feet X 3 feet or 3 feet X 3 feet and thickness from 1.0 mm to 20 mm. The AMCORK brand other sizes are available on request. We have manufacturing the sheets as per IS 4253 Part I specifications or as per customer requirement.
Cork Rings and Gaskets
AMCORK supplies various Rings/gaskets for clutch / components industry. We have manufacturing as per customer’s requirement of grade, design and specification. Our manufacturing idea is to reduce component cost, time and labour in industries. We manufacture Cork Gasket / rings of any shape and type, it may be Rectangle, Square, Round, L type or any shape.
Cork Polishing Wheels
We have manufacturing the Cork Polishing Wheels for polishing the various metal final smooth finishing and good look of the metal. This made in as per customer requirement size and thickness.
Cork Granules
Granulated cork finds usage in manufacture of Composition Cork, Rubber Cork, as well as used independently for Insulation in cold storage plants, insulation for buildings ensconced between concrete walls etc. It is widely used as a frictional material in brake shoes and moulded clutch plates for the automotive industry.
The construction industry finds a large usage in granulated Cork. Its usage between concrete layers of walls and roofing's can reduce heat loss by nearly 35 - 50 % .The usage of Cork as a natural thermal and acoustic insulator finds wide acceptance.
Cork Granule is available in 0.2 mm/0.5 mm, 0.5 mm/1 mm, 1 mm/2 mm, 3 mm/4 mm and 4/8 mm mesh sizes.
Anti Vibration Cork Slab
The moving machineries vibrate. These vibrations can be transmitted to other equipment or to the structure of the building itself. To prevent this, we produces anti vibration pads with the standard size from 600 mm x 900 mm & thickness 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm and in Sandwich pad is available from 18” x 18” to 3” x 3” having ribbed rubber facing on either sides or as required by individual customers. Cork sheet is sandwiched between the two ribbed sheets of rubber.
Battricork
AMCORK made the Battricork™ in 200, 250, 300 mesh fine Battery Cork powder for use in mould release in manufacture of automotive batteries plate industry. The molten lead does not stick on to the mould surface. The available in 10 kgs packing in box.
